This course is suitable for:
Office workers who do not have enough time for long daily activities.
Relieve chronic pain and tension.
Daily maintenance for healthy and sub-healthy people.
Warm-up for physical labor and sports.
Warm-up for Tai Chi and martial arts. This is also what Zoe leads students to practice every morning.
The basic skills of Tai Chi, which require at least 3 months of practice before formally learning Tai Chi and martial arts.
This course is based on the TCM theory of the human body:
System thinking: our body is a whole life system, many local problems are caused by the imbalance of the whole body system. So We have to focus on the whole system, Maintain and increase energy every morning, smoothen the meridians for energy flow, to nourish each organ and part of our body.
Maintenance every morning: We need to perform maintenance and recharge after getting up every morning (at least 4 times a week) to maintain good blood circulation and function in body parts. Let yourself be full of energy and vitality at the beginning of each day.
Prevention first: It takes a long time for the body to return to its normal state after illness, and there is also the cost of pain. So, good health depends on prevention, a little daily time to keep the body healthy and all parts in good function.
Symmetrical exercise: Long-term asymmetric posture will lead to skeleton skew, causing charity of diseases, so it is necessary to adjust the body at every angle, front and back, left and right, upper and down so that the skeleton can return to a healthy state.
Good Qi flow means good health: Many diseases are caused by poor local Qi and blood circulation. If the Qi and blood flow well, these diseases can recover on their own, so it is necessary to ensure that the Qi and blood flow smoothly throughout the body.
Healthy five internal organs: The five internal organs are the basis of good health. Only when the five internal organs are healthy can the body be healthy.
